What happens after you get in touch
A partnerships specialist reads your note and replies within one working day with two proposed times. The demo itself takes thirty minutes and runs on your own files where possible: send two or three recent cases in advance and we show how each would move through intake, document checks, filing and decision on the Vistolane board, including the guaranteed decision date your clients would see.
If you decide to go ahead, onboarding takes one to two weeks. We import your open cases and client records from spreadsheets or your current system at no charge, set up your team's seats and roles, connect your branded client portal and agree the processing rates for your volume. Your team is trained in a single working session; most firms are filing through Vistolane within the first week.
Vistolane serves travel agencies, study consultancies, immigration practices and employers that sponsor overseas hires. Case processing covers tourist, business, student, work, family, investor, settlement and citizenship routes to the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, the United States, the Schengen states, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore and Japan, among others. Every case is validated against the published rules before it is lodged, and every stage is recorded on an audit trail your compliance team can inspect.
For applicants
If you are applying for a visa yourself, you do not need to book a call. Use the search on the home page to find the exact visa for your passport and destination, compare fees and processing times, and start an application online. Questions about an application in progress are answered through the client portal, where your case manager replies within one working day.
