Who we are
vistolane is a visa preparation and filing platform. We are not a law firm; regulated immigration advice is provided by licensed partners on the network, who are responsible for their own advice.
Our service
We prepare, check and file applications with the relevant authority, track them, and keep you informed. Decisions are made by governments; we never promise approval.
On-time Guarantee
Where a guaranteed decision date is shown before payment, our service fee is refunded in full if the decision is later than that date for reasons within our control. Government fees are non-refundable once paid to the authority.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate, complete information and genuine documents. Misrepresentation can lead to refusal and bans; we will decline to file anything we believe is untrue.
Fees and payments
Fees are shown before you pay and charged by Stripe. Plan upgrades are charged at the time of upgrade. Taxes are calculated at checkout from your billing address.
Cancellation
You may withdraw an application before filing; the service fee is refunded less any work already delivered. After filing, government fees cannot be recovered.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the service fees you paid for the affected application.
