Referral routing: how applicant requests reach your workspace
Fit scores, response-time expectations and accepting or declining a referral without losing rating.

The rule
Applicants on vistolane finish an eligibility check and, for work, family, investor and residence routes, pick a partner. The fit score ranks partners by category expertise, destination coverage and budget, then by rating and success rate, and the request lands in the chosen partner's workspace as a referral with the destination, route and answers attached.
Referrals are accepted or declined within the SLA; accepted referrals become cases, the applicant is emailed, and the partner's scorecard updates as the case closes.
What the consulate or authority actually counts
- A complete partner profile: routes, countries, fee from, licence number
- Verified status (licence check) and honest success and review figures
- Fast first reply: reply time is shown on your card
- Real reviews from closed cases, which drive AggregateRating stars in search results
Where it goes wrong
- Routes listed too broadly, so the fit score drops for every category
- Declining referrals late, which lowers the reply-time label
- No licence number, so the profile stays unverified and hidden from public lists
- Leaving reviews unanswered
How vistolane for business handles it
Referrals appear on the workspace board with Accept, Decline and Ready actions and a 20-second refresh. Accepted referrals open a case with the applicant's eligibility answers, and the client portal gives the applicant document upload and messaging without email chains.
