How password resets work
Enter the email address on your vistolane account and we send a single-use link that expires after one hour. Open it on any device, choose a password of at least eight characters, and every other session is signed out for safety. Google sign-in users can set a password the same way and then use either method.
If the email does not arrive, check spam and confirm you used the address you registered with; for security we show the same confirmation whether or not an account exists. Partner and agency logins reset through the same form. Still stuck? Contact support and we will verify you manually.
